Domestic Violence Response Coalitions (DVRC) have formed in all six counties in the service area including: Lauderdale, Lawrence, Marion, Winston, Colbert, and Franklin counties. These teams of concerned citizens coordinate to surround local victims with the support they need to become free of family violence. DVRC’s meet monthly in their respective counties. Survivors of domestic violence, service providers and community leaders are encouraged to be a part of the group. The goal of zero tolerance of domestic violence is strived for by each domestic violence response coalition.
