Safeplace volunteers give over 10,000 hours a year to help families who are suffering because of violence in the home. Whether it’s picking up donations, maintenance at one of our facilities, court advocacy or taking out the trash, our volunteers are committed to making a life a little better. The volunteer application process is simple! At this meeting, you will fill out an application. Background checks are conducted on each volunteer. Depending on your volunteer interest, duty specific training will be provided when you begin volunteering.
